WHAT IS SPEED LACROSSE?
It is a fun, safe, and competitive sport that reduces barriers of entry to the game of lacrosse. Each 3 v 3 co-ed match features continuous action that aids in the development of stick skills, fitness, foot speed, communication and field IQ.
- All you need is a stick and mouth piece to play (nothing else!!)
- It is a no contact skill sport played on a small field (20 x 40 yd)
- It is a coed sport (K-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, and 7th-8th grades)
- Brand new and experienced players both have fun with friends
- Small teams of 6 players for 3 vs 3 games (so lots of exercise)
- It's all about FUN for the Kids !
